i stayed in the family suite it was spacious. the concierge was friendly and very helpful. rufat babyev and safiye avci helped us too. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet it was great.
the departure was disappointing. the doorman insisted on a safe taxi. the cab driver demanded a surcharge. i advise using uber instead.

i found the location quite convenient , just a short walk from taksim square. the room felt spacious and clean. the staff seemed professional and always willing to assist.
the food quality at the club lounge was a bit disappointing , i noticed a lack of flavor in some items. the doorman insisted on arranging a taxi , and the driver requested an unexpected surcharge , i was not pleased. the departure experience was subpar.

the location is convenient near taksim square. i liked the gym it had many machines. the poolside café was relaxed and provided quick meals.
i found an overcharge on the breakfast bill. i had to keep the button pressed down to use the hairdryer. the bed linens were changed every three days.
